1. The service

The AI Co-Teacher is an AI-powered homework guidance tool for Singapore school subjects. It is designed to guide thinking — it explains questions and coaches the adult or student through the steps; it is not an answer machine, a tutor replacement, or a source of professional advice.

2. AI limitations

Replies are generated by artificial intelligence and can be wrong. Always use your judgement; your child's teacher knows best. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output, including exam or grading outcomes.

3. Accounts

One account per person, registered with a valid email. Student accounts should be created by, or with the permission of, a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (including attempts to circumvent free-tier limits with multiple accounts, automated access, or resale).

4. Free tier and Plus plan

The free tier includes a limited number of guided questions per day, which we may adjust with notice. The Plus Family Plan covers one household (up to 4 child profiles) with unlimited use subject to fair-use limits designed to prevent abuse. Founding-member pricing is locked for the stated period for as long as the subscription remains active. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything other than legitimate homework help; don't attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or its prompts; don't submit content that is unlawful or harmful. We may refuse or filter requests.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its content, prompts and branding belong to Edvengers. You retain rights to the questions you submit; you grant us a licence to process them to provide the service and to use anonymised, aggregated insights to improve it.

7. Privacy

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes & termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
